I purchased the 15 oz size in this mug. They were packed really well and arrived in excellent condition. The mugs look really nice. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to make the colors a bit more vibrant, especially the red. But I like them and would order them again.

I bought the 11oz mug a couple years ago, and was honestly a bit disappointed when I received it, because the graphic was smaller than it looked online. But I think it’s adorable and I work in middle school so I used it a lot. Decided to splurge on the bigger one on the hopes that the graphic was bigger, and am very pleased. Can’t wait to get back from Thanksgiving break and let the kiddos see it

When first mug arrived it had a noticeable defect on Santa's face. I emailed a picture to you and you sent a replacement ASAP. I got it in time to give to my pastor. He loves it!!! The mugs themselves were a hit with our deacons and elders. They seemed to be good quality As well. My only complaint is how they were shipped. We ordered nine mugs and they were shipped in a plastic bag and not in a box. Sometime in shipping the bag was ripped open. Fortunately the ups warehouse collected 8 of the 9 mugs and got them to us in two shipments. No biggie because we only needed 8 for gifts. The ninth (which was lost) was for my husband so he just has to wait until next year for a mug.

You're not good...but so am I. This cup says it all AND it has the scripture at the bottom to prove it. The Santa face and the scripture tie it all together during the time of year where children (and adults) are told to "be good".
